What are the check-in and check-out times?

Hotel Check-in Time is 2:00 PM, Check-out Time is 11:00 AM.

Can I get early check-in or late check-out?

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable. After booking, you will receive an email confirmation with the hotel phone number to contact directly for these requests.

Guest Requirements & ID Proof

What is the minimum age requirement?

The primary guest checking in to the hotel must be at least 18 years of age.

What ID proofs are accepted?

According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18. The identification proofs accepted are:

  • Passport
  • Aadhaar Card
  • Driving License
  • Government ID
  • Voters Card
  • Ration Card
  • Local IDs are also allowed

Without valid ID, the guest will not be allowed to check in.

Are unmarried couples allowed?

Yes, unmarried couples are allowed to stay at our hotels.

Note: The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in.

Are pets allowed?

No, pets are not allowed in any of our hotel properties. There are no pets living on the property either.

Is smoking and alcohol allowed?

Yes, smoking within the premises is allowed. There are no restrictions on alcohol consumption as well.

Can I order outside food?

Yes, we offer flexible food arrangements:

  • Outside food is allowed
  • Food delivery is available
  • In-room dining is available
  • Non-vegetarian food is permitted

Is the property wheelchair accessible?

This property is not accessible to guests who use a wheelchair. Please make arrangements accordingly.

Extra Bed & Child Policy

What is the extra bed policy for children?

An extra bed will be provided to accommodate any child included in the booking for INR 1,000 per child (subject to availability). This charge is to be paid at the property.

No, the hotel does not allow private parties or events.

Can I invite visitors to my room?

Guests are requested not to invite outside visitors in the room during their stay.

Are there any restrictions for local residents?

The hotel reserves the right of admission for local residents. Accommodation can be denied to guests residing in the same city.
